As a potential candidate for the full-time positions in Human Resources at FLAME University, Pune, you will be part of the Faculty of Business, which is known for its interdisciplinary research and teaching in areas such as Entrepreneurship, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, and Operations & Analytics. The Faculty values intellectual freedom, curiosity, and academic integrity, providing undergraduate and postgraduate programs for students to receive rigorous interdisciplinary training and advance their career aspirations. Your responsibilities as a faculty member will include teaching, advising students, participating in faculty colloquia, and academic administration. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. and a strong background in academia and industry. FLAME University is seeking candidates at all levels (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor) with expertise in Human Resources, including organization behavior, organizational change and development, learning and development, talent acquisition, strategic and international HRM, and digital HR. Key Responsibilities: - Undertake independent high-quality research and collaborate with existing scholars to build a strong interdisciplinary community focused on cutting-edge research and innovation - Translate research findings into evidence-based practices, programs, and policies - Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching by adopting creative pedagogies that promote cultures of inclusion and diversity Qualifications Required: - Ph.D. in Human Resources or related field - Experience in academia and industry preferred - Strong research background with recent peer-reviewed publications - Ability to articulate teaching philosophy and research interests in the application If you are interested in joining the FLAME University Faculty of Business, please submit your curriculum vitae, letter of application (including teaching philosophy and research statements), and copies of your two recent peer-reviewed publications.
