Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Professor / Associate Professor in the area of International Business, Marketing, Agri Business and Sustainability Management, at SIIB, located in Pune. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing course materials, mentoring students, conducting research, and participating in faculty meetings. They will also be involved in curriculum development, assessment of student performance, and contributing to the academic and professional community through publications and conferences.

Qualifications

• Research publication in Scopus / Web of Science
• Ph.D in the area of expertise
• Ability to mentor and guide students, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback
• Proficiency in using academic software and technological tools for teaching and research purposes
• Additional Qualifications: Experience with international collaborations and exchanges is a plus
• Experience in delivering lectures, preparing course materials, and developing curriculum
