Position 1: Professor – Nursing

Role Overview

The Professor will serve as an academic leader responsible for teaching, research, training, and institutional development. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong research engagement, exceptional teaching skills, and proven leadership experience in Nursing education.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students with a focus on strengthening clinical and theoretical competencies.
• Lead academic planning, curriculum design, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Guide dissertations, research projects, and evidence-based practice activities.
• Conduct high-quality research and contribute to publications, conferences, and funded projects.
• Mentor faculty members and provide leadership for departmental growth.
• Participate in accreditation work, academic audits, university committees, and examinations.
• Support collaborations with hospitals, clinical partners, and training centers.

Minimum Qualifications & Eligibility

• Ph.D. in Nursing – mandatory

• M.Sc. in Nursing (any specialty)
• Qualification & experience as per

  INC / UGC / University norms

• Excellent academic credentials, strong research contributions, and publications in reputed journals
• Demonstrated leadership and experience in teaching, clinical training, and administration

Position 2: Associate Professor – Nursing

Role Overview

The Associate Professor will contribute to the academic, clinical, and research activities of the College of Nursing. The role requires an experienced educator with strong professional expertise, research involvement, and mentorship capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach UG and PG nursing students with an emphasis on clinical and evidence-based learning.
• Conduct theory classes, clinical demonstrations, and practical sessions.
• Guide student research, fieldwork, and academic projects.
• Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and quality assurance.
• Engage in research activities, publications, and conferences.
• Support departmental operations, faculty mentoring, and clinical training.
• Assist in institutional activities, examinations, and accreditation processes.

Minimum Qualifications & Eligibility

• Ph.D. in Nursing – mandatory

• M.Sc. in Nursing (specialty as per norms)
• Qualification & experience as per

  INC / UGC / University norms

• Strong academic and research background with quality publications
• Relevant teaching, clinical, and mentoring experience preferred

Position 3: Assistant Professor – Nursing

Role Overview

The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, supporting clinical training, and contributing to the department’s academic and research environment. The candidate should be enthusiastic, student-centric, and academically strong.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging teaching sessions in Nursing theory and clinical practice.
• Conduct practical demos, skill-based training, and hospital-based teaching.
• Assist in academic mentoring, evaluation, and student counseling.
• Participate in research, publications, and academic development activities.
• Support documentation, curriculum implementation, and accreditation work.
