Key Responsibilities: - Delivering courses across UG, PG, Ph.D., and Executive Education levels. - Developing innovative, industry-aligned curricula. - Mentoring students in projects, research, and career development. - Publishing research in Scopus-indexed journals. - Pursuing funded research projects. - Participating in School and University initiatives. - Strengthening collaborations with industry and community. Qualification Required: - Ph.D. in Management or a related field. - MBA (preferably from Top 50 NIRF Ranked Universities, IIMs, ISB, etc.). - Strong research record with Scopus-indexed publications and ability to secure external funding. - Proven teaching excellence at UG/PG/Ph.D. levels with experience in student mentorship. - Relevant industry/consulting exposure and strong communication skills.,
