Key responsibilities SAP ECC Functional support (SCM Domain) to business Analyse SAP ECC sales order / purchase order transactions in co-relation of vendor master tables and provide related support. Assisting Accounting/Finance/Order Management teams team for addressing SAP VIM process clarifications in relevance of vendor master data. Mass data changes for vendor master data using tools, T-Codes and scripts Responsible for supporting vendor master data activities in SAP (ECC and MDG) and relevant other SLB eco-systems. Process requests delivered to facility updates to answer all questions involving the vendor master Understand SAP ARIBA , SAP MDG , SAP ECC and eco-system integrations and provide functional support for SAP vendor data records Support SAP HyperCare phases Regression testing for global SAP ECC and SAP MDG project rollouts Researches potential duplicate records; ensures compliance with naming and address standards. Validate that customers being added are legitimate entities by confirming their existence via third party sources (Dunn and Bradstreet, state registrations, domain searches) Create and maintain business procedure policies related to the customer master Understands commissions and reporting processes and works with cross-functional team to ensure customer information, sales representative linking, and all aspects of vendor database are correct Based on SAP ECC (SCM domain) functional experience, on the job self-learning support for SAP MDG enhancements operations functional support role to, o Assist MDG lead in analysis of current and future processes which affect Vendor Life Cycle management o Review and prepare for distribution, process flows showing Create, Read, Update, Delete of Vendor records within each relevant business unit. o Review and prepare for distribution, process rules which affect the Vendor Master field level data. o Support users in completing any missing information in the Master Data Objects Inventory with Source/Target information at the individual field level. o Review and prepare for distribution, the Vendor Master Data Retention Policy. o Assist in the creation of the Vendor Master Data Quality Guidelines to include Key Performance Metrics and initial baselines. o Provide initial MDG training to Data Producers o Monitor and guide Data Producers regarding adherence of Vendor MDG Policies. o Identify operational issues (bottlenecks, workflow, SLA failures, KPI anomalies) and report same to Vendor Master Data Steward. Participate in master data related projects as needed. Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems Should be able to write functional specifications. Responsible for the proper support of Master Data and resolution of all tickets in a timely manner, as per Service Level Agreements (SLA) goals. Execute and monitor the processes and technology within the defined SLAs to cleanse, standardize and/or enrich data outside the enterprise MDG and MDM solution(s). Analyzes business operations to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. Initiates, develops, and shares best practices lessons learned, across the data pillar. Qualifications and Requirements Essential qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain , Engineering or IT related field 2 to 4 years working in IT enterprises in a support environment. 2+ years of experience working Supply chain domain or Vendor master management using SAP ECC or SAP MDG (SAP Functional Role ) Experience in SAP HypeCare support and mass changes in SAP Experience working in captive units working in shifts is an advantage.
