Description
As a Professional Services Consultant at Tungsten Automation Corporation, you will play a crucial role in delivering configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners. You will be the subject matter expert in configuring and customizing all Tungsten Automation Corporation products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver Tungsten Automation Corporation solutions to customers based on requirements documents - Provide technical leadership to customers on the Tungsten Automation Corporation solution, tailored to their requirements - Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget - Function as the Tungsten Automation Corporation subject matter expert - Independently develop solutions according to customer requirements - Document all customer-specific configurations - Install Tungsten Automation Corporation configurations in customer environments if not implementing cloud/SaaS solutions **Required Skills:** - Strong written and clear verbal communication skills to engage with a global employee and customer base - Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., French, German, Dutch) is advantageous - Consultative communication style and effective listening skills - Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve objectives - Understanding of customers" goals and objectives - Adherence to established work schedules and plans - Attention to detail and strong listening skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously, while maintaining a detail-oriented approach - Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of software development, architecture, and customization - Familiarity with Enterprise Application Services - Proficiency in SQL Server, including architecture, design, and tuning - Experience in writing scripts using SQL, PL/SQL, and ASP.NET programming languages - Ability to understand functional design and technical project requirements - Escalation of support issues with appropriate internal resources when necessary - Sharing technical knowledge with team members - Professional documentation of all work - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) - Flexibility to work alternative shifts and client hours when required - Willingness to travel to customer project locations as needed **Qualifications:** - Experience with Tungsten Automation Corporation products or equivalent products from both functional and technical perspectives - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related specialization - Preferred 3+ years of experience in the field or a related area - Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and high attention to detail - Consultative communication style and effective listening skills - Strong presentation and organization skills - Ability to collect and document business requirements, technical requirements, and process flows Tungsten Automation Corporation, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Vets Please note that while the job requirements outlined above describe the anticipated needs of the position, they are subject to change based on evolving business needs and requirements.,
