Job Description

The Professional Services Consultant is a vital member of our consulting team, responsible for delivering customizable solutions to our end user customers and partners. As the subject matter expert of all Tungsten Automation Corporation products, you will play a key role in configuring and customizing solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will be expected to deliver Tungsten Automation Corporation solutions to customers based on requirements documents, providing technical leadership and guidance on the configured solutions. Collaboration with project managers is essential to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Working independently, you will develop solutions tailored to meet customer requirements and document all customer-specific configurations. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will install Tungsten Automation Corporation configurations in customer environments when not implementing cloud/SaaS solutions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for effective interaction with a diverse global audience. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, and a consultative communication style with effective listening skills is highly valued. You should excel in working collaboratively with team members, understanding and contributing to team objectives, as well as comprehending and aligning with customer goals. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Proficiency in SQL Server, software development, architecture, and customization is required, along with experience in writing scripts using SQL, PL/SQL, and ASP.NET programming languages. Furthermore, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collect and document business and technical requirements are critical. Flexibility in working alternative shifts, client hours, and traveling to customer project locations when necessary is expected.
