Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professional Recruiter based in Coimbatore. The Professional Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, creating job descriptions, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing and recruitment skills, including candidate screening and interviewing
• Experience in candidate onboarding and talent pipeline management
• Collaboration and organizational skills to work effectively with hiring managers
• Proficiency in crafting job descriptions and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
