Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in managing and supporting production systems, ensuring their reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
Create and maintain documentation related to production processes and issues.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl.
Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
