Hiring: L2/L3 Production Support Engineer

Location

About the Role:

L2/L3 Production Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
Level 2/3 support
for production systems and applications.
Perform
root cause analysis
, resolve incidents, and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor system performance and automate routine tasks using shell scripts or other tools.
Participate in
on-call rotations
and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Maintain documentation for support processes and known issues.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in
Java
(debugging, log analysis, basic code understanding).
Proficiency in
Unix/Linux
commands and shell scripting.
Solid understanding of
SQL
for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience with
incident management tools
(e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
,
monitoring tools
(e.g., Splunk, Grafana), and
ticketing systems
.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
