Production Support

As an experienced Production Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing support for Windows Server/Linux, MSSQL, Oracle DB, Tomcat, ActiveMQ, JBoss systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working on ticketing tools such as Jira or Freshdesk. - Handling Windows and Linux applications support and performing deployment installations. - Analyzing and resolving issues within specified SLAs. - Being prepared to work shifts, be on call, or put in extra hours when required. - Demonstrating strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Ensuring timely and concise communications with key stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in Production Support roles. - Proficiency in Windows Server/Linux, MSSQL, Oracle DB, Tomcat, ActiveMQ, JBoss. - Knowledge of deployment tools. - Hands-on experience with ticketing tools like Jira or Freshdesk. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
