Job Description

L2 production support experience, with knowledge on SQL, Unix, Unix Shell Scripting, Splunk, Service now - these skills are mandatory.

Good to have skills

ITL and SRE, Azure cloud added advantage.
Talent should possess Banking and investment domain experience.
Strong Communication and analytical ability, flexible for shifts- and no night shifts.

Skills Required:

Splunk work experience
Familiarity with Unix commands
Unix Shell scripting, Perl/ python scripting
Service Now - Incident, Change, Problem Management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to do multi-task
