Skills and Knowledge

Essential Technical Skills

Strong Knowledge of Unix or Linux server platforms.
Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge
Experience with a disciplined approach to IT incident, problem and change management.

Industry experience in Telco or CRM/marketing industries.
