Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer with 612 years of experience, specializing in Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure) and hands-on exposure to US Healthcare domain applications
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of production systems, providing L2/L3 support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system uptime and compliance with SLAs
The role includes monitoring applications, troubleshooting incidents, analyzing recurring issues, and implementing preventive measures
The candidate should have a strong understanding of Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions), production monitoring, and performance tuning
Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow or JIRA, SQL database management, and familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards are essential
Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps) and ITIL processes is preferred
