As a Production Support Associate, your main responsibility will be to support the day-to-day production activities for PCB assembly, box build, and testing. You will be required to monitor production lines, identify process issues, and coordinate with engineers for corrective action. Additionally, you will handle SMD and through-hole components during rework and assembly to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards. It is essential to follow ESD and safety practices during all operations and provide first-level troubleshooting for production equipment and jigs. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Electronics (Preferred) Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Electronics PCB assembly (Preferred) Additional Details: This is a full-time position suitable for freshers as well. The work location is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and the ability to commute or relocate to the area is preferred. Please note that this job involves in-person work at the designated location.,
