Production Support Analyst

Fewer minimum qualifications and more preferred qualifications broadens the applicant pool.Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and Minimum three (3) years experience in software development or a related field. 

PeopleSoft Admin: 2+ years of technical experience in PeopleSoft Architecture and either PeopleSoft HCM or PeopleSoft FSCM Application administration; including PeopleTools 8.5x, PeopleSoft Infrastructure, Integration Broker configuration and monitoring, Process Scheduler maintenance, PeopleSoft Query security, and executing work plans for applying PeopleSoft updates and patches through PeopleSoft Change Assistant and PeopleSoft Update Manager.

OR

Oracle HCM Production support: 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud hands-on technical administration experience with cross-functional module knowledge such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, and Time & Labor.

* Hands-on experience with Oracle database SQL querying, HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, and HCM data-loading tools like HDL, PBL, and other Spreadsheet loaders

* Knowledge of Encryption/Decryption processes for HCM Cloud Inbound and outbound Interfaces, and HCM Cloud role-based security model

* Experience working with vendors on file transfers and configuring various file delivery methods from HCM Cloud.

Common Experience
 *working experience in windows admin, Linux * working knowledge in basic scripting ( how to read the scripts, running, basic trouble shooting etc). preferance to powershell or shell scripting* Working experience setting up integration to and from PeopleSoft systems, hands-on Oracle DBMS SQL, and administrating the PHIRE migration tool (or) working understanding of similar migration tool * Experience in supporting applications on Linux and/or Windows platforms including installations, configurations, upgrades, day-to-day support, and troubleshooting application issues, with System Administration knowledge.* Production Support operation experience, willing to work in rotational shifts.
