Production Supervisor – Steel Manufacturing

Location: Kadi–Chhatral, Gujarat
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years (Steel Manufacturing Industry Only)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Education: Any Graduate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day production activities in our steel manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in steel manufacturing and a strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations in the plant.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.
• Monitor equipment, tools, and production lines for optimal performance.
• Maintain records of production, materials, and employee performance.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Train and guide workers to meet production efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams when needed.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in steel manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning and safety protocols.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work in a shift-based schedule if required.
