Job Description

The Production Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the production process under the guidance of the Production Manager, the supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, coordinating production schedules, and managing resources to achieve production targets while adhering to quality standards and cost limitations. Key responsibilities include material management, pouch printing coordination, cost-conscious production, equipment maintenance, and communication/reporting. Success in this role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. The Production Supervisor serves as a vital link between frontline production staff and upper management, contributing to the overall success of the production department and the company's objectives.
