Production Supervisor

Job Description: As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing production activities in a manufacturing facility to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production targets. Your role will involve managing a production team, scheduling activities, and monitoring processes to maintain optimal workflow and product quality. Key Responsibilities: - Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and guide production personnel to meet production goals and adhere to safety protocols. - Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and implement schedules to meet production targets, manage resources, and coordinate with other departments. - Quality Control: Monitor production processes and product quality to ensure adherence to standards and address any issues. - Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations. - Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes, implement changes, and optimize workflow. - Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to address production activities and any issues. - Performance Evaluation: Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and offer coaching as needed. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production data, quality control, and relevant information. - Resource Allocation: Manage resources efficiently to meet production needs and enhance performance. - Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations. In addition to the key responsibilities mentioned above, the job requires you to work a 12-hour shift from 8 AM to 8 PM. The job type is full-time with benefits including cell phone reimbursement.
