Production Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Production Supervisor in the AgChem Brands Operations department at Panoli-02, your main responsibility will be the formulation and packing of agrochemical products. You will report to the Production Head and ensure operational excellence in the plant maintenance, ISO systems, and record-keeping for improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Perform preventive maintenance and changeover of packing line equipments - Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of the formulation and packing line - Ensure compliance with HSE regulations - Meet statutory and organizational requirements including legal and customer guidelines - Maintain product quality, control losses of raw materials/packaging materials, and prepare various reports and analyses - Implement action plans based on data analysis and ensure safe practices in the function and among people - Monitor and review the performance of contract workers to maintain high morale in the workforce Qualifications Required: - Education: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical engineering - Work Experience: 4-7 years in chemical processed based industries like Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Fine/FMCG - Functional Competencies: Ability to independently run a formulation plant, knowledge of manpower planning, technical expertise in relevant fields, handling instruments, and familiarity with SAP Additional Company Details: The company emphasizes the importance of maintaining high morale among the workforce and encourages interaction with various departments like Sr. Managers, Managers, Instrumentation, Maintenance, HSE, HR, Store, QC, and Packaging on a daily basis to address formulation and packing related issues.,
