Required production Supervisor at manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
Ensure production targets, output quality, and deadlines are met as per schedule.
Allocate work to operators and technicians based on skill and capacity.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns.
Implement safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
Maintain production records, daily reports, and shift logs.
Coordinate with planning, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Train and guide operators to improve productivity and reduce errors.
Ensure optimum usage of raw materials to minimize wastage.
Support continuous improvement initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing practices.
Qualification - Diploma or B-tech Mechanical or any other related
