Supervise and coordinate assembly line operators, technicians, and material handlers during assigned shifts.
Ensure production schedules are met with optimal resource utilization.
Monitor production processes and identify bottlenecks or issues affecting output.
Maintain quality standards by enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the shop floor.
Conduct regular inspections and provide immediate feedback to operators and technicians.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, conducting safety briefings and enforcing protective equipment use.
Train new operators and support ongoing skill development of team members.
Report daily production metrics, challenges, and status updates to the Production Head.
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production-related issues.
Implement and encourage continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Maintain accurate production records and ensure traceability of components.
Manage shift handovers and ensure smooth transitions between teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision, preferably in automotive or EV sectors.
Strong knowledge of assembly line operations and manufacturing best practices.
Familiarity with quality control processes and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good problem-solving and communication abilities.

Ability to work in shifts as per production requirements.
