Production Supervisor

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Leader, located in Dodda Ballapur. The Line Leader will oversee daily operations on the production line, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include monitoring the production process, coordinating with team members, maintaining safety and quality standards, troubleshooting problems, and providing training and guidance to staff. The Line Leader will work closely with management to optimize production schedules and meet output targets. Qualifications Experience in overseeing and managing production processes Strong leadership and team coordination skills Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure Relevant experience in the manufacturing or renewable energy industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
