Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Ensto. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production supervision and management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Manage and train production staff to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet customer requirements.
Analyze production data and implement changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with quality control measures and process improvement techniques.
