Hiring for German based manufacturing company!!

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Mysuru

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all activities on the relay and coil production line to meet quality and quantity targets.
Setting the line layout and all machine process parameter, and also de bug knowledge, technically sound to guide others, testing of relays/coils.etc
Ensure adherence to production schedules and efficient use of resources.
Monitor manufacturing processes to maintain product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Lead, train, and motivate production operators and technicians.
Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous flow.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Engineering teams for process improvements.
Maintain accurate production records and report daily progress to management.
Assist in process optimization and waste reduction initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience (typically 4 - 6 years) in relay or coil production or related electrical manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of coil winding, insulation, assembly, and testing processes.
Experience in supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of safety and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
