Position Details Role: Production Supervisor Department: Manufacturing / Production Job Type: Full-Time Qualification: Diploma / BE – Electrical / Electronics or relevant field Experience: 2–5 years in production, assembly, or electronics manufacturing Salary Salary will be fixed based on experience, skill level, and interview performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production activities in the electrical assembly line Supervise teams involved in wiring, soldering, assembly, and testing Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and maintain productivity levels Coordinate with QA, Stores, and Maintenance departments Ensure safety standards, SOPs, and company policies are followed Maintain production reports, attendance, and shift documentation Train new team members and support skill development Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives Skills Required Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic assembly processes Leadership and team-handling capabilities Good communication and problem-solving skills Strong focus on quality, deadlines, and process discipline Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Work Location Guindy / Ambattur (Based on company allocation)
