Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sheet Metal Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and welding processes, along with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of sheet metal production staff.
Ensure adherence to manufacturing processes, welding standards, and quality specifications.
Manage production schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance or training as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues promptly.
Maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards.
Liaise with quality control, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
Continuously seek ways to improve productivity and product quality.

Qualifications
