Production Supervisor

Position Summary The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role is ideal for candidates with an educational background in food-related fields who are eager to begin their careers in beverage manufacturing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production operations Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, and hygiene practices Monitor production processes to meet quality and output targets Support and guide production staff on standard operating procedures Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues Maintain accurate production and shift records Promote a safe and clean working environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Dairy Technology, or a related field Freshers welcome; prior manufacturing experience is an advantage but not required Basic knowledge of food safety systems such as GMP, HACCP, or ISO standards Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment Strong communication and leadership potential Prefered Skills Understanding of beverage production processes Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Problem-solving and teamwork abilities Work Environment Production facility with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting as required Benefits Competitive salary Training and mentorship programs Health insurance and statutory benefits Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities within the organization
