Designation / Position: Production Supervisor Job Description: Leading Engineering Company is seeking experienced Production Supervisor for its manufacturing plant in Halol, Gujarat. Selected candidates will undergo training at the Palghar, Maharashtra factory before transitioning to the Halol plant. During the training period, the company will provide lodging and meals during the training period. Job Responsibilities: Oversee production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to targets. Manage and mentor production teams, optimizing workforce productivity. Implement and maintain strict quality assurance processes for copper products used in electrical winding. Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor and coordinate maintenance of production equipment to prevent downtime. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, workforce performance, and operational challenges. Analyze workflows and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
