Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and monitor production activities on the shop floor.
Supervise assembly, fabrication, and finishing of blowers and fan components.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and production targets.
Coordinate with design, purchase, and quality departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and inventory tracking.
Train and manage shop floor operators and technicians.
Monitor machine utilization, maintenance schedules, and reduce downtime.
Support process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
2-3 years of experience in blower/fan or related heavy fabrication industry.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of fabrication, balancing, and assembly processes.
Hands-on experience with production planning and manpower management.
Familiar with ISO, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices.
