Job Title : Production Supervisor Function : Production Location : [Specify Plant Location] Reporting To : [Specify Manager/Supervisor] Purpose To safely produce high-quality products while ensuring timely responses to customer quality concerns. Key Objectives : Maintain and improve productivity Achieve zero accidents Ensure customer PPM targets are met Close NCs (Non-Conformities) on time Required Education & Experience Qualification : BE / DME in Mechanical Engineering Experience : Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a production supervisory role Roles & Responsibilities Conduct daily morning rounds to ensure optimal shop floor conditions Monitor production lines to identify and resolve abnormalities Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards Review SQDCP with the production supervisor daily Ensure timely closure of NCs from process audits Implement activities as per the TQM promotion plan Monitor hourly production and operator efficiency Track and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Identify and address internal process rejections Analyze and reduce rejection rates Ensure adherence to CP/SOP processes Prevent customer complaints related to process non-compliance Oversee hazardous waste handling procedures Monitor and control consumable costs Prevent production line stoppages Address and resolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction Promote and track Kaizen suggestions and QC improvements Plan and implement operator training as per the training calendar Conduct 5S audits and close open points Identify and take action on near-miss incidents Perform gap analysis between production plans and actuals Drive Red Bin meetings , perform defect analysis, and update action plans Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Satyavedu, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Diploma (Required) Experience: Production management: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
