Purpose

To safely produce high-quality products while ensuring timely responses to customer quality concerns.
Key Objectives:

• Maintain and improve productivity
• Achieve zero accidents
• Ensure customer PPM targets are met
• Close NCs (Non-Conformities) on time

Required Education & Experience

• Qualification: BE / DME in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a production supervisory role

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily morning rounds to ensure optimal shop floor conditions
• Monitor production lines to identify and resolve abnormalities
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards
• Review SQDCP with the production supervisor daily
• Ensure timely closure of NCs from process audits
• Implement activities as per the TQM promotion plan
• Monitor hourly production and operator efficiency
• Track and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
• Identify and address internal process rejections
• Analyze and reduce rejection rates
• Ensure adherence to CP/SOP processes
• Prevent customer complaints related to process non-compliance
• Oversee hazardous waste handling procedures
• Monitor and control consumable costs
• Prevent production line stoppages
• Address and resolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction
• Promote and track Kaizen suggestions and QC improvements
• Plan and implement operator training as per the training calendar
• Conduct 5S audits and close open points
• Identify and take action on near-miss incidents
• Perform gap analysis between production plans and actuals
• Drive Red Bin meetings, perform defect analysis, and update action plans

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
