Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all activities at the food production facility. Your main role will involve ensuring that products are made to quality standards and that all safety and regulatory requirements are met. Here are the key responsibilities you will be handling: - Manage production lines and schedules - Ensure production runs smoothly and on time - Monitor product flow and quality - Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) - Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations - Ensure products meet quality standards - Ensure products meet regulatory requirements - Develop corrective and preventative action plans - Monitor and enforce quality control measures - Address quality issues promptly - Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols - Create a secure working environment - Train, lead, and motivate staff - Ensure employees are adhering to food safety guidelines - Track absenteeism - Discipline and coach according to company policies One important skill required for this role is the capacity to handle and supervise labor effectively.
