Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located at our Hajipur facility. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities including managing production schedules, ensuring the highest quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols. The role involves coordinating with team members to meet production goals and adherence to regulatory requirements. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for reporting production metrics and handling any operational issues that arise.

Qualifications

Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in Production Management
Proficiency in developing and maintaining Production Schedules and Production Planning
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
Previous experience in the pharmaceuticals industry is a plus
