🍫 *Job Title: Production Staff – Chocolate Manufacturing*
Location: Mapusa, GoaJob Type: Full-timeIndustry: Food Processing / ConfectioneryWorking Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, Mon to SatExperience: 1- 3 years preferred (Freshers can apply if trainable)Salary: As per experience and performance.*Job Responsibilities*:- Assist in day-to-day chocolate production operations including tempering, moulding, enrobing, coating, and packaging- Operate and clean chocolate-making machinery (melter, depositor, refrigeration unit, etc.)- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per FSSAI regulations- Follow SOPs for product consistency and quality- Label and sort finished goods and raw material stock- Coordinate with the supervisor for production targets- Support in quality control and documentation as required- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and equipment✅ *Key Skills Required*:- Basic understanding of food hygiene & safety- Ability to operate or learn chocolate production processes- Physically fit to stand for long hours and work in variable temperatures- Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined- Team player with good communication- Willingness to work overtime during festivals or large orders📘 *Preferred Qualifications*:- Graduate by qualification.
