Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Production Staff based in Vadodara. The Production Staff will be responsible for day-to-day production planning, overseeing production management, maintaining quality control, and training staff. The role requires effective communication skills to coordinate with different departments and ensure that production goals are met. Qualifications Skills in Production Planning and Production Management Quality Control experience Strong Communication skills Ability to train and support team members Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a manufacturing or automation industry is a plus Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in production or manufacturing
