🍫 *Job Title: Production Staff – Chocolate Manufacturing* Location: Mapusa, Goa Job Type: Full-time Industry: Food Processing / Confectionery Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, Mon to Sat Experience: 1- 3 years preferred (Freshers can apply if trainable) Salary: As per experience and performance. *Job Responsibilities*: - Assist in day-to-day chocolate production operations including tempering, moulding, enrobing, coating, and packaging - Operate and clean chocolate-making machinery (melter, depositor, refrigeration unit, etc.) - Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per FSSAI regulations - Follow SOPs for product consistency and quality - Label and sort finished goods and raw material stock - Coordinate with the supervisor for production targets - Support in quality control and documentation as required - Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and equipment ✅ *Key Skills Required*: - Basic understanding of food hygiene & safety - Ability to operate or learn chocolate production processes - Physically fit to stand for long hours and work in variable temperatures - Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined - Team player with good communication - Willingness to work overtime during festivals or large orders 📘 *Preferred Qualifications*: - Graduate by qualification.
