Production Specialist - Detailed design Engineer

Key Responsibilities Lead the Electrical/mechanical installation of a project from the technical office. Act as the point of contact between engineering and plant production team leaders . Manage modifications to installations and address challenges in plans, ensuring proper document control . Responsible for transferring production needs to the entire team of plant team leaders. Maintain a vision of the overall project planning to assist with the management of productive resources. Participate in daily production meetings . Monitor and contribute to the improvement of work instructions . Contribute to the continuous improvement of the plant, product, and processes . Requirements Education: Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering degree. Technical Skills: Proficient in the interpretation of 2D and 3D plans, with hands-on experience using CAD tools (Revit and AutoCAD) . Experience: Proven experience in the design of Electrical/mechanical components and machining work . Years of Experience: 5+ years in a relevant role. Communication: A good communicator with proficiency in both English and the local language .
