Role Description

This full-time role of a Production Shift Supervisor is an on-site position located in Vapi. The Production Shift Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, manage production schedules, and ensure the efficiency and compliance of production processes. Key tasks include supervising the production team, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining production records. The Supervisor will also implement safety procedures and quality standards.

• Supervisory Skills and Production Management
• Experience in Production Planning and Production Schedules
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or relevant field is preferred
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
