• Leading shift changeovers and coordinating with other shifts to ensure seamless transitions and consistent productivity.
  

• A degree in engineering or a related technical field, along with relevant experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement in production processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
