Description We are seeking a skilled Production Shift Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process during assigned shifts, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Candidate Should have the work experience in Glass Industry Responsibilities Oversee the production process during assigned shifts to ensure efficiency and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise. Monitor equipment performance and carry out routine maintenance checks. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and reduce downtime. Prepare shift reports and communicate production status to management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). 2-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong understanding of production processes and equipment. Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
