Are you looking for a new challenge For our location Amtala, we are seeking a Production Operator at Wacker Metroark Chemicals Pvt Ltd. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing activities, including packing, to ensure that production and product quality meet the required specifications as per the production plan/target. Your responsibilities will include monitoring products and processes through the online control system, conducting safety checks before operating designated equipment, and updating necessary production records such as SOP (work instruction), Log sheet, Yield, internal rejection, breakdown analysis data of plant, WIP, RM balancing, etc. Additionally, you will be involved in small maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of the plant and work with the ERP system. As a Production Operator, you will also be responsible for facing audits periodically, following all job instructions as communicated, and guiding a team of workmen. You will observe subordinates to ensure compliance with company standards in production, hygiene, and safety, and maintain strict guidelines regarding the labeling of goods. Furthermore, you will be expected to meet the requirements of all IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22716, SMETA, HALAL, etc). Other duties may be assigned to you as and when required.
