Machine Operator

As a Sterilization Machine Operator in a spices sterilization unit, your role involves operating and monitoring computer-controlled sterilization machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be responsible for setting up machines with the required parameters, ensuring smooth functioning, and conducting routine checks to maintain efficiency and safety standards. In case of minor mechanical or electrical issues, you will be expected to identify and troubleshoot them effectively. Additionally, maintaining logs, production records, and reporting any discrepancies will be part of your daily tasks. It is crucial to adhere strictly to safety guidelines and quality control measures while coordinating with maintenance teams for periodic servicing and repairs. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor computer-controlled sterilization machines as per SOPs. - Set up machines with required parameters and ensure smooth functioning. - Conduct routine checks to maintain efficiency and safety standards. - Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical/electrical issues. - Maintain logs, production records, and report discrepancies. - Adhere to safety guidelines and quality control measures. - Coordinate with maintenance teams for periodic servicing and repairs. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in operating and monitoring sterilization machines is preferred. - Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. - Ability to follow SOPs diligently. - Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Please note that this is a full-time position with a 12-hour shift (8 hours + 4 hours) in the morning shift. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund coverage.
