Job Description

We are looking for a HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) Operator sets up, runs, and maintains CNC machines, focusing on reading blueprints, selecting tools, loading/unloading parts, running programs, and inspecting for quality, all while ensuring safety and meeting production targets for milling, turning, and other precision machining tasks. Key Responsibilities Machine Setup & Operation: Set up HMC machines with tools, fixtures, and programs; load/unload raw materials and finished parts. Quality Control: Perform first-piece inspections, in-process checks, and verify finished product quality using measuring tools. Monitoring & Adjustment: Observe machine operations, adjust settings for optimal performance, and troubleshoot issues. Documentation: Fill out production logs, time cards, and report malfunctions or deviations. Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to safety protocols, keep the work area clean, and perform routine machine cleaning. Collaboration: Work with the production team and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
