Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The person should be technically sound in mechanical engineering with a ability to do application engineering. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the company. Qualifications Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation skills Sound knowledge of Electromagnetic brakes, clutches and couplings. 6-10 years of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Should be ready to travel PAN India Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Engineering Person from similar industries will be preferable
