Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production & Quality Trainer in Automobile to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong background in mechanical-automobile subjects and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Train students in Automotive Manufacturing technology as per syllabus.
Guide and connect with students to ensure their understanding of technical concepts.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance student knowledge.
Collaborate with other trainers to achieve common goals.
Stay updated on industrial practices and shop-floor procedures.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical-Automobile subjects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with production processes and quality control measures.
Age: Minimum 26 years.
Educational qualifications: B.E, Diploma.
