Production & Quality Executive

Candidate who want to Join our production and quality team having 2 to 3 years experience in Building Material chemicals and water based, Solvent or Wood coating paints and chemicals.

Production Planning & Execution

• Execute daily and weekly production plans as per schedules.
• Monitor batch processing, mixing, thinning, tinting, filtering, filling, and packing operations.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

Process Monitoring & Control

• Supervise paint manufacturing processes (water-based/solvent-based paints, emulsions, resins, primers, etc.).
• Monitor critical parameters like dispersing time, viscosity, shade matching, filtration quality, etc.
• Identify and resolve process deviations to maintain product consistency.

Safety, Housekeeping & Compliance

• Implement safety protocols related to flammable solvents, chemicals, dust, and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, 5S, GMP, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain clean and organized production areas.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of paint manufacturing processes and equipment
• Strong understanding of pigments, resins, solvents, additives, and emulsions
• Experience with ERP systems
• Problem-solving and analytical ability
• Good communication and team-handling skills
• Knowledge of safety standards (MSDS, PPE, handling flammable materials)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
