Production/ Quality Engineer

Supervision: Lead and manage a team of production workers, ensuring they meet daily production targets. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their performance. Foster a positive and safe working environment by enforcing company policies and safety procedures. Production Planning: Collaborate with the Production Planner to schedule production runs, considering production capacity and resource allocation. Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet changing demands. Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards by conducting regular quality checks and inspections. Address and resolve quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Efficiency and Productivity: Continuously evaluate production processes for efficiency improvements. Implement Lean manufacturing principles and best practices to optimize production. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the Inventory Manager to ensure adequate stock levels. Minimize waste and maintain accurate inventory records. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between production teams, management, and other departments. Provide regular updates on production progress and performance metrics.
