Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production/QC Manager with 6-10 years of experience to join our team at Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd. in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee production and quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in production and quality control.
Implement corrective actions to address quality concerns and improve overall product quality.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in production or quality control, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
Experience with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
