Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring and tracking of manufacturing and filling line

• To implement changes and improvements in equipment and processes that directly impact product quality.

• Responsible for reviewing and approving documents such as Master Formula (MF), Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), Bill of Materials (BOM), along with executing SAP-related activities in alignment with the role.

• Ensure the qualification and upkeep of departmental premises and equipment to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure qualification, calibration, and maintenance of departmental premises and equipment.

• Conduct training programs to enhance team capabilities.

• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits along with all-time readiness.

• To ensure that all necessary validations are conducted in accordance with the established procedures.

M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience

Tenure:  Not less than 14 years (in Injectables and faced USFDA audits )
